Before packaging your return, please confirm:
✅ Unworn Condition
Items must be unworn and free from scratches, dents, or any signs of wear. Even minor marks or micro-scratches may make the item ineligible for return.
✅ Original Packaging
The original packaging must be included (box, pouch, protective materials, etc.).
✅ Documentation
All authenticity cards, certificates, care instructions, and product documentation must be returned with the item.
✅ Security Tags
If a security tag was attached to the item, it must remain attached. Items with removed security tags cannot be accepted for return.
✅ Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been resized, engraved, altered, or modified in any way are typically not eligible for return.
Online & Mail-In Returns
If you purchased your item online, follow the steps below to request a return.
1. Request Return Authorization (RA)
Before sending any item back, you must request a Return Authorization number (RA).

Returns sent without an RA number may not be processed.
2. Securely Package Your Item
Jewelry is delicate and must be packed carefully.
• Place the jewelry in its original packaging
• Put the original packaging inside a sturdy shipping box
• Do not ship jewelry in envelopes or soft packaging
3. Label the Package
Write the Return Authorization (RA) number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
For security reasons, do not write words such as “Jewelry,” “Diamonds,” or “Gems” on the package.
4. Ship with Insurance
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.
We recommend using a reliable carrier such as:
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS Registered Mail (recommended for high-value items)
Keep your tracking number until your refund is completed.
